What kind of things do guys notice during sex?

I was just wondering what kinds of flaws guys notice during sex.
I'm curvaceous, and carry some weight mainly around my hips and stomach and I'm just freaking out because the guy I'm seeing is incredibly attractive and fit.

Is this much of an issue? What do guys really notice during sex?

I like a flexible woman myself. I dated a girl who was definitely obese but she could certainly stretch.
